Job Description
The Controller (Country) is responsible for all aspects of the financial process of the country entity. The controller reports all fiscal, statutory and statistical reporting's. Responsible for all general Accounting activities:" Responsible for the preparation and reporting of the monthly closing (G/L) according to the US GAAP, adherence to internal controls scorecard, statutory tax reporting and fiscal reporting (VAT/INTRASTAT/ Inter Company Listing) and providing information to satisfy external auditing requirements;" Provides the management of accounting and financial reporting. In conjunction with Finance Leaders, determine and provide value added reporting metrics to assist with analysis of business;" Reviews all financial statements, reports, analyses, general ledger account reconciliation, journal entries, etc. prior to their submission to upper management to ensure the highest level of accuracy;" Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures documented; specifically timely completion of account reconciliation;Improve processes, prepare yearly report requirements and yearly budget and coordinate statutory and fiscal filings and carry out ad-hoc projects.Responsible for maintaining and reconciling the General Ledger accounts on a daily basis. Responsible for month end closing entries to G/L accounts. Responsible for controlling of coding Accounts Payable invoices, of payments and of Accounts Receivable manual invoices.Prepare monthly LTF, taking into account the actuals of the previous month and future operational plans.
